Located within the community in Rotorua the residence provides support for people who have complex needs beyond the normal capability of residential mental health providers.Its name means outstretched hands and it's a place where people from within the Lakes rohe can rebuild their lives and go back to the community.By utilising different skills, knowledge, and experiences (personal and professional) we offer our whai ora support to build daily routines, offering on-going tools and encouragement to develop, grow and flourish.Team Manager's role is to provide excellent leadership and management to the staff within their service. This is to ensure the delivery of quality recovery and person-centred focussed services to our guests/whai ora, as well as support the sustainability, growth and development of the service and Ember.As the Team Manager, youare to provide the environment to generate a high performing, capable, productive, and engaging team to deliver outstanding services.
