You'll have the opportunity to shape the team's future by driving continuous improvement, leveraging your ability to influence, manage stakeholder relationships, and adapt to changing circumstances.Key responsibilities:Manage internal operations and build relationships in the local community.Lead your team by example, steering them towards achieving their objectives in alignment with the organisation's goals.Effectively manage the workflow by organising and prioritising tasks.Conduct training sessions to equip your team members with the necessary skills and knowledge, including training on new systems, processes, or skill enhancement.Ensure all team activities comply with the relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Stay updated with any changes in regulations and implement them in your team's operations.Foster a positive and inclusive team culture where everyone feels valued and motivated.For success in this role, you should:Have high standards, self-motivation, resilience, and excellent organisational skills.Possess strong interpersonal skills, allowing you to influence a diverse team and make crucial decisions when necessary.Demonstrate a strong commitment to social responsibility, prioritising this across all business operations.Have proven experience in successfully leading a team of more than 5 individuals.Have experience in de-escalation, including conducting performance conversations with team members.This organisation fosters a culture where people are passionate about their work and genuinely care about their clients' well-being.
