We are looking for a Team Leader to join the EdenSleep team to manage our small team and ever-growing customer base to help with their sleep health.

Let's talk about responsibilities :

Motivating your team to help people achieve outcomes with their sleep health.
Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards.
Driving revenue, increased business growth, and superior market reputation.
Achieving relevant sales budgets and making recommendations to raise the standards of service and practice delivery.
Coaching team members, supporting and managing performance.
Keeping up to date on industry product knowledge and training.
Actively fulfilling client follow-up programs and preparing reports.
Maintaining the upkeep of the clinic, including stock take, filing, and cleanliness.
Maintaining, reprocessing, and checking of trial equipment.
Maintaining communication and confidence skills to liaise with third parties as required.

To succeed in this role, you will have the following :

Previous success in managing the performance, training, and development of a team.
Experience in a busy retail, sales, customer service, or healthcare role.
Ability to recruit and motivate a team with an open mindset to change.
Ability to maintain compassion and remain calm under pressure.
A strong customer service focus, always looking for the best outcome for individuals.
Training and coaching skills to help your team achieve relevant sales budgets.
Strong and adaptable communication skills.
An active listener with the ability to find solutions to customer concerns.
Strong attention to detail and ability to learn different computer systems.
Any previous experience in healthcare or pharmacy background is highly regarded.
