Let's talk about responsibilities: Motivating your team to help people achieve outcomes with their sleep health.Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager.Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards.Driving revenue, increased business growth, and superior market reputation.Achieving relevant sales budgets and making recommendations to raise service standards.Coaching team members and managing performance.Keeping up to date on industry product knowledge and training.Fulfilling client follow-up programs and preparing reports.Maintaining the upkeep of the clinic, including stock take and cleanliness.Maintenance, reprocessing, and checking of trial equipment.Maintaining communication and confidence skills to liaise with third parties. To succeed in this role, you will have the following: Previous success in managing the performance, training, and development of a team.Experience in a retail, sales, customer service, or healthcare role.Ability to recruit and motivate a team with an open mindset to change.Ability to maintain compassion and remain calm under pressure.Strong customer service focus.Training and coaching skills to help your team achieve sales budgets.Strong and adaptable communication skills.An active listener with problem-solving abilities.Strong attention to detail and ability to learn different computer systems.Previous experience in healthcare or pharmacy is highly regarded.
