Directly assisting the Payroll Manager to define standards and approaches for payroll operations. You will manage effective internal/external client relationships within your area of responsibility as well as build client relationships throughout the wider group/organisation. You'll bring: Comprehensive and up to date knowledge of NZ payroll legislations and the Holidays Act Extensive experience in large payroll functions with high volumes of processing Intermediate to advanced level experience using MS Excel A well organised attitude as well as the ability to work well under pressure A high level of accuracy and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience with PeopleSoft an advantage What's in it for you?
