This role is perfect for someone who wants to have a significant positive impact on our culture and performance!About the role:Reporting to the Culture & Change Leader Sales and working in a team of 3, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the culture and fostering high performance across our talented sales team.Your key responsibilities will be but are not limited to:• Partner with our P&C Leaders and directly with Leaders in Sales, on organisational change projects.• Delivery of key capability modules and other strategic initiatives such as leadership capabilities and DE&I projects.• Coaching for performance, team effectiveness, interpretations of P&C Policies, practices, and remuneration advice.• Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing insights and guidance on HR best practices.• Be a driving force in shaping the cultural landscape within our Sales team.About You:• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in an FMCG organisation• Experience in delivering complex organisational-wide projects.• Experience in leading change across multiple functions and geographies.• Confident supporting and resolving employment relations matters.• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.Flexibility at LionWhen it comes to flexibility, we understand that one size doesn't fit all.
