We're searching for a visionary Team Leader - Parks & Open Space Assets to steer our high-performing team and help shape the future of Tauranga's well-loved parks and open spaces.
In this role, you will: Lead the charge in the development and delivery of the Open Space Delivery Plan, ensuring our parks and spaces are future-focused and well-maintained.
Be the go-to expert for best-in-class asset management across a variety of open space assets, from playgrounds to sports fields.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to build thriving community spaces.
Drive innovation in parks maintenance, asset renewal, and customer experience.
Nga Pukenga | What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this role, you'll bring: A tertiary qualification in Parks, Environment, or Asset Management (or solid experience to match).
Significant leadership experience in parks and open spaces, with a deep understanding of asset management.
A passion for delivering future-ready spaces and ensuring they are well-loved by the community.
