Reporting directly to the Retail Manager - Operations, your role asInwards Goods Team Leader will be to maximize the efficiency of the InwardsGoods operation, by supervising your team members in a way that ensures allstock entering and leaving the Inwards Goods area is processed in an accurateand timely manner.
Does this describe you? Ideally you would have 3+ years' experience in people management/leadership at a mid management level, with the ability to engage your teams to continually improve.You are someone who leads with a hands-on approach. You will have a proven knowledge of inwards and outward goods, dispatch or logistics in a similar large environment. Physical fitness is key as you will be working on your feet for much of the day and some lifting of product is requiredBeing safety conscious and prepared to follow all H&S requirementsThe ability to work under pressure and prioritize effectivelyAccuracy and attention to detailAdministrative skills and computer literacy.
