You'll be based out on site in Ormiston, so you will be keen to roll up your sleeves, and have a practical and logical ability to think outside the box. The role is fixed term for 3 months to cover maternity leave for the current HR Manager. You will be: Actively involved in management level decision making Working to ensure the business has the best people operating to the best of their abilities Implementing the people strategy for site based staff, creating and nurturing an engaged and high performing work force Ensuring the people related policies and procedures are best practice and are executed consistently.
