Te Mahi/About the Position
We are seeking a talented and proactive person to join us in the key role of Team Leader - Service Coordination, working in a full-time permanent capacity, based on our Porirua office, with support to our wider Wellington region service.
The Team Leader works closely with the Regional Manager to provide daily support to the Service Coordinators, who oversee the scheduling of homecare visits to our clients in the community, managing support worker resources, leave approval, performance issues, payroll queries and much more.

To be successful in this role, you will be a people person, with excellent organisational and problem-solving skills. With experience working in customer service, you will be proactive, efficient and have a friendly outlook. The ideal applicant will have excellent troubleshooting skills and experience working in a leadership position within a large organisation, preferably with working knowledge of the health sector. A flexible and positive attitude towards change is a must.
