Management (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)
Tradestaff Hawkes Bay are on the lookout for a self-motivated, mature and responsible worker for a full-time position for one of our trusted manufacturing clients in Waipukurau.

Responsibilities :

Ensuring the factory is set up correctly each morning
Informing staff of their work duties
Ensuring staff work safely and in accordance with MPI regulations
Liaising with admin and operational staff
Managing factory shutdown at the end of each day

Requirements :
Proven machine operating and factory experience
Valid NZ license and own transportation
Quick learner with a mature and responsible outlook
Confident in leading and directing staff
A confident role model setting clear expectations to staff
