About the Role Due to recent business structure changes, a rare opportunity has presented for an experienced technical support leader to join a progressive financial services business based in Auckland's CBD.
Responsibilities Lead and develop a broad range of technical and application support engineers
Manage the configuration and management of End User Services infrastructure e.g. desktops, meeting rooms, applications
Oversee the effective execution of level 2 and 3 IT Support
Develop performance reporting in relation to End User Services
Preferred Skills and Experience Proven experience (5+ years) leading a team of technical support and end user application engineers
Experience working within a modern enterprise environment at a large-scale corporate environment
Strong technical leadership skills with the ability to lead from the front with maturity
Ability to lead and motivate team members in a variety of locations
Experience leading and managing End User Services teams including Service Desk
Proven experience leading, influencing, and building credibility across a range of internal stakeholders
Specific knowledge and skill to run IT Incident and problem management processes with a deep understanding of modern workplace environments preferred
