Team Leader End User Services

Due to recent business structure changes, a rare opportunity has presented for an experienced technical support leader to join a progressive financial services business based in Auckland's CBD.
The preferred candidate will have the following skills and experience:
Proven experience (5+ years) leading a team of technical support and end user application engineers
Experience working within a modern enterprise environment at within a large scale corporate environment.
Strong technical leadership skills with the ability to lead from the front with maturity.
Ability to lead and motivate team members in a variety of locations
Experience leading and managing End User Services teams including Service Desk.
Proven experience leading, influencing, and building credibility across a range of internal stakeholders.
Specific knowledge and skill to run IT Incident and problem management processes with a deep understanding of modern workplace environments preferred.
Ability to manage the configuration and management of End User Services infrastructure e.g. desktops, meeting rooms, applications.
Ability to manage the effective execution of level 2 and 3 IT Support.
Skilled in developing performance reporting in relation to End User Services.
