As a Regional Council, we're responsible for environmental regulation and protection, community preparedness and response to hazards, and public transport. As the Team Leader Applications and Delivery , you will lead a team of IT professionals dedicated to managing and enhancing the organisation's line-of-business applications. Your role will be to ensure the seamless integration, continuous improvement, and optimal performance of these applications, aligning them with the organisation's strategic goals. You will maintain strong relationships with software vendors and internal colleagues and oversee the team's work in supporting our core digital solutions. Collaborating across departments, you'll ensure alignment with our digital strategy and architecture, driving technology initiatives that deliver meaningful results. Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals. Oversee the management and optimisation of business applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align applications with organisational goals. Drive technology solutions that improve business processes and outcomes. Your excellent communication and collaboration skills enable you to engage effectively with stakeholders across all levels. You thrive in dynamic environments and are committed to delivering exceptional IT services that align with business goals. Proven leadership experience in managing IT teams and business applications. Strong background in vendor management and application support. Ability to ensure alignment between technology solutions and business objectives.
