You will lead and manage the Administration team in our northern region across two (2) services.This exciting role combines your leadership skills with your data management ability, ensuring the efficient and smooth running of administration functions for the Social Services team.This is a multi-site role where you will oversee the Admin team across five sites in Auckland and one in Whangarei. You must be able to travel between these sites.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of 5 or more admin staff.Implement change management within the team.Identify opportunities for improvement and implement them as agreed by the Operations Manager.Communicate effectively and foster strong people skills.Demonstrate high competence in IT systems, including databases.Exhibit great analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Manage workloads effectively.Understand and respect Maori values and protocols.Hold a full driver's licence.We are committed to creating a diverse workplace where you can feel included and valued for your contribution.
