We are currently seeking someone to lead our Payroll & Implementation Support Team based in our Hobson Street Auckland Offices.Ideally we are looking for someone who:Knows payroll inside out – you will need to be able to provide expert advice and guidance to the team, and our customer base so you must have a minimum of 3-5 years end to end payroll experienceHas excellent communication skills and impeccable attention to detailCan show proven leadership experience; you have to have led a successful team to be considered for this roleLeads the way by showing the way - someone that will get stuck in and get the job done alongside their teamLOVES payroll but wants to step away from the day to day demands that payroll can bringIs a team player that will naturally inspire and motivate othersEnjoys a challenge and wants to be part of a busy, vibrant and friendly teamAs the lead of our Auckland-based Payroll & Implementation Consultants you will be required to lead and mentor the team as well as perform implementations for new customers, some of which will be onsite on our customer premises. You will be hands-on as even as Team Lead you will still be required to have your headset on and provide front-line helpdesk phone and email support for our customers alongside leading and guiding the team as a whole to success. It's a great team and the lead role has plenty of variety and is one where no two days and no two customers are ever the same.Our customers are located the length and breadth of the country and range from education and health, to hospitality, retail and everything in between. Typically, they are not payroll experts, so they rely heavily on us to support and guide them through processing payroll by using our leading-edge cloud-based software.Previous payroll experience and solid understanding of the holiday act and New Zealand payroll legislation is a must have for this role however full training will be provided in the use of the iPayroll software solution.We are a small team with a big heart, and we love the fact that we have lots of different personalities. What you will bring to the team as an individual, and impart on them, is just as important to us as your experience. We are an office first focused business and as such you will be required to be in the office Monday – Friday.
