Notification of staff arrivals and departures, staff changes, ID cards, etc.Asset administration and assisting with property maintenance and inventory purchases, scheduling, recording, and escorting of service providers.Central point for IT problems at Post and coordination with MFAT Service centre and external providers for resolution.The appointment starting salary range for this role is USD $58,168 - $68,433 total remuneration – negotiable depending on experience.In addition, the employer provides Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance for employees and their non-working dependents, as well as workers compensation and disability insurance for employees. Well-developed planning and organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and work under pressure are essential.
