A professional mindset and a highly organised operating ethos will see you successfully manage a range of competing demands and deliver high-quality outcomes to agreed timeframes. Having prior internal recruitment experience in Construction, Engineering or Mining industries is preferable. However, experience with an RPO or agency will also be considered. You will be joining a tight-knit, experienced, dynamic and high-performing National Talent Acquisition Team that is happy to support each other, share experiences and encourages each other to perform to a highest standard. This is an opportunity to operate within an ever-changing environment, navigating competing demands and delivering solutions that reflect where we want to go and what we want to achieve over the coming years as an organisation. We encourage an attitude of 'ownership and empowerment' that allows you to take responsibility for performance in your area.
