As a member of the Business Process Improvement and Innovation team, support the Home Healthcare in delivering a high-quality service by carrying out a wide range of business improvement support duties.
Skills & Experience About the Role:
As a member of the Business Process Improvement and Innovation team, support the Home Healthcare in delivering a high-quality service by carrying out a wide range of business improvement support duties.
Some Key Responsibilities:
Managing Support Worker guaranteed hours.
Assisting with regular production of operational reports to be distributed to the regional managers.
Assisting with ad-hoc requests for operational reports.
Assisting business process improvements and innovation team in supporting CMS users and HHC teams with system and business related processes.
Process improvements and implementation.
Qualifications and Experience:
Strong experience in Microsoft Office suite: Excel, Word, and Publisher.
Some knowledge of the health and disability sector preferred.
Skills Required:
Professional manner and presentation.
Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality.
High level of initiative with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and in a team.
Ability to work under pressure.
Excellent written skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Proactive, flexible and self-motivated.
Successfully plans own time to meet unexpected outcomes and responds positively to interruptions and changes in work programme.
A "can do" attitude and reliable.
