Our IT team is dedicated to providing effective system and IT support to these collection sites, labs and operation offices in all regions, including Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, and Dunedin.

About the role | Mo te turanga:

The Systems Support Analyst role is primarily focused on administering the Ci Anywhere application and supporting the Awanui Finance department. You will play a crucial role in supporting our laboratory facilities and shared services nationwide. Your problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills will be vital in providing efficient and effective support to our internal customers. In this busy role, you will be responsible for:

The configuration and administration of the CiA application.

Supporting other Awanui applications.

Evaluating, tracking, and managing issues raised, while ensuring timely resolution.

Maintaining accurate documentation of issue resolution using our Jira service desk portal.

Providing level 2 support to internal staff through the service desk portal, email, and phone calls.

This is a full-time permanent role, Monday to Friday, supporting the wider Awanui team throughout the country.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Excellent communication and listening skills to understand customer problems and provide effective solutions.

Experience supporting remote users.

A full clean NZ driver's license.

Eligibility to work in New Zealand; NZ Citizen/Australian Citizen/NZ resident/valid Work visa.
