Job Description We are seeking a skilled and experienced O365 Administrator to manage, maintain and provide technical support to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of TWG's O365 environment.
The successful person will be a key member of  our Cybersecurity & Business Continuity team forming part of the Technology Operations Business Unit.
A snapshot of the role will have you involved in  Managing our Office 365 Environment  Supporting our Productivity Toolsets Doing Systems Maintenance & Optimization Engaging in Incident responses relating to the O365 suite This position has an On-Call component to it.

You will be responsible for maintaining, supporting, and optimizing TWG's Office 365 environment and other productivity tools such as SharePoint, Active Directory, Teams, and email services.
In your role you will work closely with various teams to ensure high availability, security, and performance across all platforms, contributing to the overall technology strategy and operational efficiency.
Essential Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience managing and supporting Office 365 environments.
Proficiency in Active Directory, Azure AD, and Exchange Online administration.
Hands-on experience with SharePoint, Teams, and other Microsoft 365 applications.
Strong understanding of PowerShell for automation and scripting tasks.
Experience in configuring security policies and managing compliance requirements for Office 365.
Familiarity with email routing, DLP, MFA, and MDM.
