We work in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment with key deadlines and pathways; nimble to change with a strong ability to adapt quickly to priorities and deliver to tight deadlines will be key!You will be responsible for maintaining, supporting, and optimizing TWG's Office 365 environment and other productivity tools such as SharePoint, Active Directory, Teams, and email services. In your role, you will work closely with various teams to ensure high availability, security, and performance across all platforms, contributing to the overall technology strategy and operational efficiency.Essential Qualifications:3-5 years of experience managing and supporting Office 365 environments.Proficiency in Active Directory, Azure AD, and Exchange Online administration.Hands-on experience with SharePoint, Teams, and other Microsoft 365 applications.Strong understanding of PowerShell for automation and scripting tasks.Experience in configuring security policies and managing compliance requirements for Office 365.Familiarity with email routing, DLP, MFA, and MDM.Additional InformationWe are intentional about finding the right people, allowing us to perform work as a team that truly makes a difference for the business and our customers.
