Supervisor - Maintenance (Lc1)

BUILDING ELECTRON AT ROCKET LAB: Rocket Lab's Electron team is responsible for building, testing, and launching our Electron rocket across our launch sites and test facilities in the United States and New Zealand. WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO: The Launch Complex 1 Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the planning, scheduling and effective delivery of all servicing and maintenance and compliance certification in coordination with upgrade project activities at Launch Complex 1, Mahia.
These key areas are critical for achieving the scheduled launch cadence and require a well-managed preventative and corrective maintenance program, in coordination with planned facility upgrades and expansion projects. This will require the incumbent to be a flexible planner with good interpersonal skills to manage contractor availability and RL internal schedules, in order to produce a program to meet all required LC1 outcomes.
