The Resident Services Coordinator's role is to carry out key resident services, including customer care, reception, and administration activities, which contribute to the highest standard of support for our residents and visitors, including: Delivering exceptional customer service across our community Supporting residents and their families at our reception including phone and walk-in enquiries Supporting the Village Manager with administrative functions including maintaining, updating, and processing HR and accounts-related documentation Managing mail, office supplies, village resources, and other admin tasks that keep our community running smoothly. Hours of work are Monday to Friday – 08:30am to 4:30pm Nga Tohu me nga wheako | Qualifications and Experience Must have relevant customer service and administration experience, including. Demonstrated competence in a similar role. Highly motivated and able to take initiative. A current First Aid certificate is ideal but not essential. To tatou kaitono pai | Our ideal candidate must have Experience in front-facing roles, with a strong customer focus. Ability to interact & communicate with a varied client base. Understanding of accounts payable and bank reconciliation. Ability to think on their feet. Solution focussed. Positive and approachable. Compassionate and sensitive with the capability to manage varied situations. Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. Ability to review systems and look at the change to add efficiencies to the role. Work as a team with the ability to be responsible for their actions and quality of work.
