We're a small but passionate and skilled team of 18 and growing. We also work with a range of partners, interns and volunteers throughout the year to extend our offerings across a large portfolio of projects.The RoleThe contracts manager role is a 20 hours a week position that helps us further develop and grow impact in our communities. This role is responsible for:Managing relationships between Sustainable HB and key contract holders, funders, including; sponsors, corporate partners, donors, councils, government and other funders.Working collaboratively with the Impact investment managerAttracting a pipeline of new contracts and opportunities for the organisation. Support the Chief Executive to develop plans for the securing of service contracts with local and central government as well as other potential partners. Helping with the development of business cases.You will have:Minimum 5 years working in the for-purpose sector with a senior level of relationship development, business analysis and contract management for medium to large-sized organisations.A track record of achieving performance targets; Strong contract application writing experience with a track record of successExcellent written and spoken communication skills;Strong experience in writing business cases or project proposalsA mature and advanced understanding of databases and accurate data management and donor management skills;Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders;If you share our vision and values, and would like to offer your skills and experience – we'd love to hear from you.
