Are you ready to take on the challenge of being a Strategic SAP Training Lead? Reporting to the program leadership, you'll play a pivotal role in owning and delivering the capability uplift required to enable the adoption of new business processes and tools. This role requires strategic vision, meticulous planning, and exceptional leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities: Learning Strategy: Develop a strategic approach for creating, disseminating, and implementing training and capability uplift activities. Tailor learning methods to maximize impact across diverse roles and markets.Training Needs Analysis: Collaborate with role mapping leads to identify and document training needs for each SAP role and persona. Assess other areas of capability uplift required for organizational readiness.Syllabus and Curriculum Development: Create training syllabi and curricula for future state SAP S/4 roles, considering both deployment and ongoing training needs.Learning Materials: Develop multi-format learning materials tailored to diverse roles, ranging from sales executives to warehouse employees.Plan and implement training approaches for diverse roles, ensuring scalability, measurability, and compliance controls.Establish frameworks to measure and ensure training completion and adoption, taking corrective action as needed.Develop scalable approaches for ongoing training post-program conclusion, leveraging champions and train-the-trainer models.Training Analytics: Utilize data insights to refine training strategies and drive continuous improvement.Learning Tools: Assess and select appropriate tools to support capability uplift, such as Enable Now.Iteration & Improvement: Evolve training strategies based on insights and feedback, ensuring continuous improvement.Reporting: Regularly report on training progress and compliance, collaborating closely with communication leads.Translation & Suitability: Ensure training materials are translated and suitable for in-market use across global locations.Vendor Management: Manage internal and external parties involved in training development and delivery.Champion for Change: Advocate for program objectives with business leaders and stakeholders, fostering a culture of collaboration and change agility.Leadership: Provide leadership within the program, guiding teams across all areas and workstreams.Experience Required: 10+ years of experience in large-scale IT-enabled transformation programs, ideally in similar roles within multinational organizations.Extensive experience in SAP programs with similar scope and complexity.Background in business readiness or change management roles, preferably in large consulting organizations or managing such organizations as a client lead.International experience across industries is preferred.Demonstrated success in implementing business change effectively in complex organizations.Ability to build relationships and drive engagement with a wide range of stakeholdersCollaborative working style that brings people together towards a common goalPersonable communication skills to liaise with staff across all levelsPassion for enabling change and building internal capabilitiesTrack record of success in leading large-scale transformationsAutonomous self-starter who can work effectively with minimal supervisionOver the transformation period, success would mean: All major user groups transitioned to the new S/4HANA system proficientlyEstablished internal training capability to sustain ongoing learning needsMeasurable business benefits realized from the new system and processesStakeholders actively advocating for the change and supporting future rolloutsWhat's in it for you
