Administrative Assistant (Administration & Office Support)

PSL Total Air Ltd is a key player in the air compressor and pneumatics market and is rapidly growing to being a nationwide entity. Our core focus is providing customers with reliability and we have an excellent reputation in doing this. Our team works hard in providing premium products and services to our wide range of customers. PSL Total Air is now looking for a full-time Stores and Administration person to join our growing team in Invercargill.
Our customers are our top priority; your role would allow our Service and Sales teams to operate to a higher standard. Excellent and efficient admin and customer service skills are essential.
The key responsibilities for this role are:
Quoting, job creation, ordering parts, invoicing using Simpro
Receipting and handling stock
Researching parts
Customer service at front counter
All other duties as required
Our ideal candidate will have the following skills/experience:
A high level of administration skills & data entry experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Comfortable with computers and technology
Great customer service skills and phone manner
Able to think on your feet and operate efficiently
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
Possess a sense of humour and can-do attitude
A forklift licence is an advantage but not necessary as training will be provided
Experience with engineering products
Experience with Simpro is preferred

The offered package includes subsidised health insurance, future growth opportunities, and a great team! The hours for the role are 8 am to 4:30 pm, Mon – Fri with overtime available. The competitive hourly rate is dependent on experience.
