Store Manager - Toolshed Penrose

Are you ready to bring your passion for people, your love for tools, and your leadership mojo to a place that values all three?If you want to work for one of New Zealand's prominent, leading retailers in the power tool, hardware, and DIY categories, we are looking for someone with the right drive, determination, and general know-how to take the reins in our established retail store in Penrose and lead it to the next level.The role is full-time Monday to Friday (7.30 am to 5.00 pm), with the requirement to fill in the occasional weekend shift when necessary. You will lead a small but dedicated team, where your role will be focused on the complete customer and retail experience; driving sales, margins and business performance, managing inventory levels, and building exceptional relationships with our customers and suppliers.About you:Management experience and the ability to multi-task, proven retail sales experience and strong customer focus are a necessity.Familiarity with, and a good product knowledge of tools.Ability to work unsupervised.Team player with a positive, "let's do it" attitude.A genuine ability to build rapport with both your team and our customer base.About us:Founded over 25 years ago, The ToolShed is a New Zealand-owned family business with over 30 stores nationwide.
