Store Manager - Papamoa

YOUR MISSION
Provide leadership to your retail team, ensuring the store meets or exceeds sales and KPIs.
Develop team members through training and coaching to ensure consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with the company's cornerstones and service standards.
Achieve or exceed all inventory and shrinkage goals; oversee and manage physical inventory counts.
Ensure execution and maintenance of all visual directives and guarantee the visual presentation of the Store always meets or exceeds company's standards.
Maintain physical condition of Store according to relevant guidelines and communicate maintenance requirements in a timely manner.
Be flexible to continue working non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays; and overtime if necessary.
YOUR TALENT
Strong passion and understanding of our PUMA brand.
Experience in a customer-focused and service-oriented retail environment with a proven results-driven track record.
Strong leadership ability to exceed sales while meeting payroll goals.
Ability to identify, hire, train, develop and retain talented associates and teams.
Ability to reason through complex issues and demonstrate effective communication.
Ability to present information to large groups.
Strong interpersonal, communication, motivational, organizational, and time management skills.
