Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
Leadership: Proven experience in coaching and training a team of 5+ direct reports.
Roster Management: You'll be responsible for creating the team roster, including managing your own shifts.
Stock Management: Strong background in managing inwards/outwards goods and inventory control.
Sales Performance: Demonstrated success in achieving sales results and meeting key KPIs.
Operational Knowledge: Experience with P&Ls, wage budgeting, and scheduling.
HR & People Management: Solid skills in managing team performance, development, and compliance.
