Who you are:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Store Manager to join our Kate Spade team at Commercial Bay NZ! In this role, you will lead an amazing team to develop a client-centric mindset, build a collaborative and positive team culture, and communicate our brand vision.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Excellent communication skills and extensive people management skills with the confidence to recruit, mentor, and motivate a team.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
Vibrant, energetic, and authentic with a positive attitude.
2 years of retail management experience in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lead, develop, and manage a team of 10+ staff.
Proven ability in driving sales and achieving KPIs & budgets.
High personal standards in providing superior customer service.
Motivate the sales team, increase store performance, and implement sales strategies.
