The Role Plan, lead, communicate, organise, and control the day-to-day running of the store
Provide a high level of customer service and assist customers
Ensure all departments are managed and make sure they are well stocked, ranged and merchandised to a high standard.
Ensure a consistently fresh & appealing shopping experience for customers.
Help deliver on financial performance targets including budgets, wastage, and sales forecasting.

What are we looking for: Experience within FMCG is an advantage but is not essential
Supervisory or management experience is advantageous but not essential
Reliable, honest and a good team player.
Self-starters and the ability to work across multiple departments.
Must be eligible to work in New Zealand.
