Specification Manager, Roofing (Lower North Island) Steel & Tube, New Zealand's leading steel solutions provider, is looking for a Specification Manager to join our Rollforming division. Based in Wellington and covering the Lower North Island region, you will focus on growing specifications and market share for roofing, cladding, ComFlor, and Purlin products. This role involves working closely with architects, designers, engineers, and developers to foster relationships and increase Steel & Tube's presence in the market.
You'll collaborate with our national team and internal stakeholders to identify new opportunities and ensure the smooth transition of project leads, driving successful outcomes. Your ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions will be key to growing the business and achieving our strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key industry players, including architects, engineers, and developers
Identify and secure new specification opportunities, focusing on Rollforming products
Collaborate with internal teams to transfer leads and ensure project success
