We have a secondment opportunity until March 2026 in the South portfolio, based in Manukau with requirements to travel around the communities you will be working with. Joining the Community Programme Delivery team (South) would enable you to utilise your considerable experience in community development to create and deliver innovative projects with our diverse Auckland Communities. We are looking for skills and experience in: Community development & social enterprise. Relationship building and management. Working with Maori and Pasifika. Engagement of diverse communities. You must have an outstanding track record of: Project managing and delivering collaborative, results-focused work programmes. Being comfortable with complexity and ambiguity. Providing strategic advice and influencing at all levels. Working with a diverse range of community and organisational stakeholders. You have a full NZ driver's licence or can travel independently. You can also self-manage a working week to include attending occasional community events outside of traditional working hours.
