Te Puia is seeking a talented and driven Sous Chef to join our dynamic team.In this important role, you will lead the preparation, presentation, and delivery of high-quality, culturally inspired cuisine that celebrates Maori traditions. Working closely with the Executive Chef, you will mentor junior kitchen staff, oversee daily kitchen operations, and ensure every culinary experience exceeds manuhiri expectations.
