You'll have an impressive wealth of culinary experience, and you're no stranger to working in a busy kitchen alongside a close-knit team of professionals - where creating delicious, kiwi grub is just what you do.
Responsibilities Manage food and wage costs.
Work within budgets.
Organise prep and write menus.
Lead the kitchen team effectively.
Qualifications Your range of skills doesn't stop there - you'll also need to have a proven track record in culinary leadership.
