About the Role: An opportunity for an experienced employment lawyer to join a Tier 1 employment and health and safety team in Auckland CBD. The successful applicant will already have a solid foundation in Employment Law. You will have the opportunity to work alongside genuine, invested partners and senior associates who want to see you succeed. You will play a crucial role in providing specialised legal advice, working directly with clients across a broad range of employment matters including: Advising on restructurings, performance management, disciplinary processes, investigations and dismissals. Drafting agreements and policies. Advising on the employment aspects of M&A transactions, on privacy and human rights in the employment context, and health and safety compliance and enforcement.
