About the Role: An opportunity for an experienced employment lawyer to join a Tier 1 employment and health and safety team in Auckland CBD. The successful applicant will already have a solid foundation in Employment Law. You will have the opportunity to work alongside genuine, invested partners and senior associates who want to see you succeed. You will play a crucial role in providing specialised legal advice, working directly with clients across a broad range of employment matters including: Advising on restructurings, performance management, disciplinary processes, investigations and dismissals. Drafting agreements and policies. Advising on the employment aspects of M&A transactions, on privacy and human rights in the employment context, and health and safety compliance and enforcement. Acting for employers and employees in relation to personal grievances and employment disputes, from mediation through to the Employment Relations Authority and Employment Court In addition to joining a highly regarded Employment team, the firm also offers: Professional Development Programme Flexible Working.
