The role: You will be the Tech guru on the team and will be required to be on call 1 in 5 sprints.
You will be responsible for the design and the implementation of solution components.
You will work in a high performing full stack agile DevOps team that deliver solutions through the practice of Behaviour Driven Development and Test-Driven Development.
You will also be developing full stack technical skills and agile delivery methodologies.
You will be coaching mentoring and helping upskill the other members of the team.
You will be guiding and helping drive the technical and business outcomes of the team.
You will: Strong technical experience with Java development Significantly advanced software development skills to inspire, guide and coach a high-performing team of full stack developers Experienced senior level or tech lead software developer with full stack experience, Frontend and Cloud (AWS) and an expert in Backend (Java, Spring) Bring with you the ability to build and foster collaborative relationships between software developers and business.
Strong understanding of multiple programming languages and web frameworks (i.e.
Java, Springboot framework, ReactJS, Mobile Application development) Thorough understanding of programming best practices (object-oriented programming principles – SOLID design principles) Experience in Agile Good understanding of Behaviour Driven Development and Test Driven Development Proven experience with mentoring colleagues Have exceptional communication skills - both written and oral Great opportunity for someone to help this well-known organisation.
