About the role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Software Specialist to spearhead the Support work and development of use cases in one of our Project in Lending space. This role is perfect for an individual who possesses a profound understanding of Retail Lending, experience in Pega platform, any lending frameworks and has a track record of Specialist with Pega as key skill. You will play a critical role in Supporting existing Lending applications on a day-to-day basis and work on optimization requirements, leading and implementing capabilities required, guiding cross-project initiatives, collaborating with business stakeholders and internal team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Expertise in Pega.
Working experience in SaaS offerings (Pega Cloud).
Supporting existing Retail lending applications, working with various business stakeholders in fixing any bugs, incidents.
Ensure best practices when building scalable, maintainable, secured and robust solutions.
Engage collaboratively with the various stakeholders within ASB ensuring we build compliance by design and secured solutions.
Mentor team members, foster a learning environment that encourages knowledge sharing and professional growth.
Cultivate a positive platform culture, aimed at innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements:
7+ years of hands-on experience in building capabilities using Pega.
Working experience in Pega Cloud or good understanding of cloud architecture.
Worked as Specialist/Senior Dev in multiple Pega projects.
Worked as Support Specialist in any of Pega projects.
Demonstrated experience in Enterprise class structures, situation layer cake, Data model, Integrations.
Demonstrated experience in debugging issues, bugs, incidents in Pega applications.
Working experience in financial services platform is preferred.
Working experience in Retail Lending applications is preferred.
