About the opportunity | Te whiwhinga mahiThe Software Engineering team is looking for a Test Analyst to join on a 2-year fixed-term contract.
Reporting into the Practice Lead – Software Engineering, you will be responsible for planning and executing testing to ensure that our software development aligns with design and implementation requirements. You will manage defect resolution efficiently, reducing risks and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products.
Additionally, this position involves contributing to the standardisation and enhancement of our software engineering processes. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will implement robust testing practices and promote continuous improvement in quality and performance.
About you | Ko wai koeYou possess a deep understanding of software engineering test tools and practices, with a particular focus on manual testing. Although not required, your exposure to Robotic Process Automation (RPA) enhances your ability to effectively test the manual components of automation projects.
You excel at building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as Fonterra's leaders, software engineers, customers, and suppliers. With a solid understanding of the Agile framework, you effectively collaborate with these diverse teams and foster a supportive, innovative culture.
