Job Overview: As a part-time Social Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our social media strategy.
You will manage our online community, create compelling content, and engage with our audience to enhance our brand visibility and reputation.

Key Responsibilities: Content Creation: Develop engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
), including graphics, videos, and written posts, aligned with Stryker's brand voice and marketing objectives.
Social Media Strategy: Assist in the creation and execution of a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and increase customer engagement.
Community Management: Monitor social media platforms for brand mentions, comments, and messages.
Respond timely and professionally to inquiries and feedback, cultivating positive relationships with our online audience.
Analytics & Reporting: Utilize social media analytics tools to track performance metrics, generate weekly/monthly reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement of strategies.
Trend Research: Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in social media, healthcare marketing, and digital engagement, ensuring Stryker remains at the forefront of industry developments.
Collaborative Projects: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, public relations, and sales, to develop promotional campaigns and support broader business initiatives.
Campaign Management: Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns, including paid advertising efforts, to drive traffic and conversions.
Policy Compliance: Ensure that all social media activities comply with industry regulations and Stryker's internal policies and brand standards.
Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in social media management, with a track record of successful campaigns and community engagement.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in social media platforms, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social), graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite), and basic video editing software.
Personality Traits: Confident: Demonstrate a strong sense of self-assurance in your social media strategies and communications.
Dedicated: Show commitment to achieving team goals and enhancing the Stryker brand through consistent effort and innovation.
Soft Skills: Decision-Making: Ability to make informed decisions quickly while considering the best interests of the brand and audience.
