As the Social Media Manager at Crown Holdings, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's online presence and engaging with our audience across various platforms. Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging content for our various social media profiles, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok. Tailor the content strategy to align with our branding and marketing goals.
Social Media Strategy: Assist in executing a comprehensive social media strategy that targets key audiences, promotes product awareness, and drives traffic to the Crown Holdings website.
Community Engagement: Monitor, respond to, and engage with our online community, ensuring timely and appropriate replies to customer inquiries and comments.
Campaign Management: Support the planning and execution of social media campaigns to promote new products, upcoming events, and special promotions while tracking their performance metrics.
Analytics and Reporting: Utilize social media analytics tools to monitor and analyze campaign performance, audience growth, engagement rates, and other relevant metrics. Present findings and recommendations to the marketing team.
Research Trends: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to enhance the effectiveness of our online strategies and foster innovative ideas.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing and customer service, to ensure brand consistency and a cohesive online presence.
Training Participation: Engage in training and professional development opportunities provided by the company to enhance your skills and knowledge in social media management and digital marketing.
Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus, but not necessary.
Experience: No prior experience required; passion for social media and eagerness to learn is essential.
