Description Deliver commercial construction projects to programme and within budget while maintaining quality and safety standards. Manage site operations, lead project teams, and implement health and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage projects to programme and budget
Oversee site operations with a strong construction background
Read and interpret plans across disciplines
Lead and coordinate project site teams
Implement health and safety protocols
Document progress reports and commercial reports
Adhere to NZS 3610 and NZS 3916 contractual requirements
Work with territorial authorities from consenting to obtaining CPU and CCC
Salary: $100,000 to $140,000 + Vehicle, depending on experience
