Exciting opportunity to lead our team at Mix'd Cocktail Bar.Opening in December 2024, we are seeking a passionate and devoted Site Manager to lead the team at Mix'd.Our new beachfront Cocktail Bar will offer a range of tapas-style share plates, platters, alongside a blend of Cocktails, Beer and Wine.Key responsibilities include:Oversee all operations of the bar and collaborate with all departments to ensure the smooth running of the businessManage staff, including rostering, hiring, training and performanceAssist with developing and implementing bar menus, promotions and special eventsMonitor supplies and manage inventory levels, ordering and vendor relationshipsWork alongside Management to achieve financial targetsQualities:Previous management experience in a busy, fast-paced hospitality environmentCurrent LCQ and Duty Managers LicenseProficient in using POS systems and a basic knowledge of financial managementStrong leadership, teamwork and communication skillsPassion for beverage creativity and knowledge of cocktail mixology is a bonusAbility to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and public holidaysWhat we offer:Competitive salary and benefitsA tight-knit, supportive, and fun family-orientated cultureOpportunity for growth and developmentFull and Part Time positions available.Applicants must have NZ Residency or a valid NZ Work Visa.If you have a great attitude and would love to be part of our team, please send your CV and cover letter to ******** .
