Site Manager

Our client is a market leading Construction business with a proven track record of delivering complex projects nationwide.Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of critical civil and infrastructure projects from $5m - $20m across Auckland.The RoleThe Site Manager will manage all onsite project functions and operations, ensuring the quality and timely completion of all stages of construction.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage project schedules, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources, materials, and labour.Oversee all on-site activities, ensuring work is conducted in accordance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.Driving delivery and ensuring adherence to project program.Scheduling/programming.Managing sub-contractors.Preparing site reports.Skills and ExperienceTertiary qualification in Civil Engineering.Minimum 5 years' experience in Site Management for Civil Construction/Infrastructure projects.Previous construction experience in water treatment plants would be advantageous.Proven experience meeting project deadlines and budgets.Strong leadership skills & problem-solving skills.Self-motivated and committed to delivering high-quality work.If you have the required qualifications and experience, and you are ready to take on a challenging yet rewarding role, please submit your CV through or call me on 021868395 for a confidential chat.
