The role: We are on the hunt for a Manager, a leader who is proactive and customer-focused. You will be the driving force behind ensuring each attraction runs seamlessly and guests leave smiling. You will guide the team to deliver exceptional service, swiftly handle any guest concerns, and keep the energy high from start to finish. Responsibilities: Ensure the safety, security, and smooth operation of all attractions.
Provide a friendly, welcoming atmosphere that enhances each customer's experience.
Lead, train, empower, and support a diverse team across several attractions.
Oversee accurate cash handling and stock control processes.
Address and resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction.
Maintain a clean, well-presented establishment.
