The role:
We are on the hunt for a Manager, a leader who is proactive and customer focused. You will be the driving force behind ensuring each attraction runs seamlessly and guests leave smiling . You will guide the team to deliver exceptional service, swiftly handle any guest concerns, and keep the energy high from start to finish. Responsibilities:
Ensure the safety, security, and smooth operation of all attractions.Provide a friendly, welcoming atmosphere that enhances each customer's experience.Lead, train, empower and support a diverse team across several attractions.Oversee accurate cash handling and stock control processes.Address and resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction.Maintain a clean, well presented establishment.
