Servicenow Architect

ServiceNow Architect The ServiceNow IRM Architect role is responsible for designing, implementing, and co-leading the development of IRM strategies for client solutions.
Involvement in the pre-sales cycle, and leading ServiceNow's IRM product development teams across various industries.
In this role, you will be involved from the pre-sales client meetings through the design, development, and deployment of custom IRM frameworks, seamlessly integrating them with other ServiceNow modules and external systems.
Collaborating with client stakeholders to understand their unique risk profiles, craft effective risk management solutions, and empower the internal customer teams through workshops and training.
Work closely with the sales and pre-sales teams.
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Gather requirements, design solutions, and test implementations.
Run design workshops.
Lead the development and delivery.
Experience Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field; ideally Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist (IRM focus).
5+ years' experience designing and implementing ServiceNow IRM solutions or other GRC applications like OpenPages or ArcherIRM.
Strong understanding of governance, risk management, and compliance with proven project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (technical & business stakeholders).
Proven ability to build and lead a team of consultants.
Governance, Risk, and Cyber industry certifications would be a plus.
