You will need: A qualification in automotive heavy engineering or diesel mechanic Excellence in diagnostics and have a sound understanding of electronics and hydraulics. A full Driver's license. A background in diagnostics and repair or agricultural tractors and machinery Good communication skills to liaise with people at all levels. To understand and manage customer expectations.
