Service Operations Administrator

We are looking for a pro-active Service Operations Administrator who enjoys working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment to join our friendly National Service team!

About the role: This 6-month fixed-term role is essential to the smooth running of our New Zealand service team. Therefore, you will need to be personable and willing to help, highly organized, show initiative, and have clear and effective communication skills.


The main duties of this role include the setup and management of: Rental activities including consolidation & invoicing Responding to help desk emails and phone support Support for maintenance plans Troubleshooting maintenance-related issues Supporting warranty maintenance processes Coordinating the creation of assets from the warehouse to the customer Accuracy of asset data management and quality Collaboration with internal teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date service contract information Following documented processes to understand operational workflows and identify gaps Help create and monitor reports and proactively follow up to address issues before they impact branch operations Supporting the team with management of the pricing processes and updates Any invoicing and credit notes as required Key skills required for this role: Highly organized with good time management 2-3 years of operations administrative experience Intermediate Excel skills Ability to pick up new systems quickly Self-motivated and performance-driven An eye for detail in numbers and systems Good written and verbal communication skills What can we offer you?
